Undergraduate Courses
There are many courses available for science,commerce& arts stream after 10+2. General courses for science is B.tech for commerce B.com & for arts BA. If you are depressed of becoming a student of art stream then don't worry because there are many courses for it that can facilitate a good earning to its student.
For arts mostly preferable is to apply for IAS and clear its exam as an IAS officer enjoys a good reputation & a good earning too.

For commerce most preferable is to apply for CA and CS as it possess a great scope and money and a good reputation too.

For science most preferable is to join the courses of engineering and doctor.
